Speak is a new advocacy initiative being run by students with disabilities at the National Star College.

This website is the first phase of what is a ground breaking initiative to create an online community that is nationally recognised as the voice from the street.

Mystery Shopping

Mystery Shopping is a tool used by market research companies to measure quality of retail service or gather specific information about products or services.

Speak has created a new mystery shopping service called 'Speaking'. You can join the service and send us feedback on the shops, cinemas, resturants and other services you come into contact with.
